1. Appointment Bookings

Appointment requests submitted through our website are subject to confirmation by our team via phone or WhatsApp. Submitting a request does not guarantee a slot until confirmed.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged at the time of service will be the price confirmed at the salon, which may differ from an outdated web listing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request that you inform us at least a few hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another client.

4. Membership Terms

Membership plans are non-transferable and valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Discounts apply only to eligible services as determined by Gold Sylone. Membership fees, once paid and the membership is activated, are non-refundable.

Membership benefits, validity, eligible services and other plan-specific conditions are subject to the published plan terms and Gold Sylone policy in force at the time of purchase.

5. Academy Course Enrollment

Course fees, schedules, and seat availability are indicative and confirmed at the time of enrollment at our academy. Course fees, once paid, are subject to our refund policy as communicated at enrollment.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting forms. Any misuse, including spam submissions or attempts to compromise website security, is strictly prohibited.
